We are looking for a highly capable and motivated Deputy Manager - HSE Content Development to join our team in Chennai. This is a corporate, office-based HSE role focused on developing high-quality training content, managing long-duration training projects, and supporting bespoke client requirements.
- Develop high-quality content for HSE training programs and safety-related topics.
- Create content from scratch, including research, structuring, and slide design.
- Prepare and review training materials such as:Session plans, PowerPoint presentations, Textbooks,Assessments
- Develop, maintain, review, and revise training packs for bespoke corporate training programs.
- Apply instructional design models effectively in the development of learning content.
- Organize, archive, and manage content systematically using platforms such as Google Drive or Zoho Drive.
- Share content with internal teams and external clients as required.
- Maintain version control and ensure content is easily accessible and properly structured.
- Prepare Scope of Work (SOW) documents based on client expectations and project needs.
- Seek and incorporate feedback from trainers, learners, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Create, update, and maintain schedules and project plans for long-duration training projects.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates on project progress./li>
- Attend technical discussions with clients to understand bespoke training requirements.
- Strong interest in HSE practices, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Proven expertise in HSE content development and training material preparation.
- Sound understanding of instructional design principles and their practical application.
- Strong project planning and coordination skills.
- Good stakeholder management and client communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
This is a corporate HSE role and is primarily office-based in Chennai. Travel requirements are very occasional. Applicants are advised to review the role requirements carefully before applying.
