We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with experience in Core Clouds and OmniStudio to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain back-end systems and integrations that support Salesforce applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with business requirements and Salesforce best practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Design and develop server-side logic and APIs to support the functionality of web applications.

Implement and maintain databases and data models to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using programming languages compatible with Salesforce environments.

Conduct thorough testing and debugging of back-end systems to identify and resolve issues.

Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure proper deployment and configuration of back-end systems.

Optimize back-end code and database queries for performance and scalability.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in back-end and Salesforce development.

Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate front-end components with back-end systems.

Ensure the security and integrity of back-end systems by implementing appropriate security measures.

Document technical specifications, code, and processes for future reference.
Requirements & Competencies:

Proven experience as a Back-End Developer or in a similar role, with strong knowledge of Salesforce Core Clouds and OmniStudio.

Strong understanding of back-end development principles, best practices, and technologies.

Experience with programming languages relevant to Salesforce development.
