In this dual role, you will be the driving force behind the campus's success. You will manage daily administrative operations, lead a dedicated team of staff, ensure an exceptional experience for our students, and drive local center growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a seamless executor, and a people person who thrives in a fast-paced educational or training environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Campus Operations & Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Kochi campus, ensuring a safe, clean, smooth, and highly productive environment for students, faculty, and guests.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage administrative, support, and front-office staff. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Student & Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for student grievances, parent interactions, and vendor management. Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and engagement.
- Academic Coordination: Partner closely with the academic/training teams to ensure batches run on schedule, infrastructure (labs, classrooms) is optimized, and resources are well-utilized.
- Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, manage center budgets/expenses, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and local regulations. Provide regular operational updates to management.
- Growth & Walk-ins: Support the center's growth by ensuring excellent service delivery, managing walk-ins/enquiries professionally, and maintaining the brand's local reputation in Kochi.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in center management, campus administration, or operations management (experience in educational institutions, training centers, hospitality, or premium retail is highly preferred).
- Language Skills: Professional fluency in English and Malayalam is mandatory.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing teams and handling conflict or crisis situations calmly and effectively.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with campus management software/CRMs.
- Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.
