Fashion Merchandiser – E-commerce & Production
Location: Gargee Designers, New Delhi
Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM | 6 Days Working
Weekly Off: Tuesday
Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Gargee Designers is a New Delhi–based premium menswear brand established in 1980, specialising in contemporary tailoring, occasion wear and bespoke menswear.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and execute orders received through our website and third-party marketplaces, from order confirmation to final dispatch.
- Coordinate with production teams, masters, karigars and vendors to ensure accurate and timely execution of orders.
- Handle qualified online customer enquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram and calls, understand their requirements and assist in converting them into orders.
- Guide online clients on products, sizing, fabrics, customisation and styling when required.
- Track ongoing orders, conduct quality checks and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Coordinate sampling, alterations and customisation requirements for online and special orders.
- Coordinate with PR agencies for celebrity/influencer sourcing, garment movement, returns and related requirements.
- Maintain order trackers, customer details, production updates and dispatch records.
- Assist in execution of corporate, embassy and other special projects whenever required.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in fashion merchandising, e-commerce, apparel production or fashion retail.
- Good understanding of garments, fabrics, measurements, sizing and garment construction.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills, particularly over WhatsApp and phone.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and convert enquiries into orders.
- Strong production coordination, follow-up and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and maintaining order trackers.
- Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising or Fashion Technology qualification will be preferred.
- Experience in menswear, bespoke tailoring, occasion wear or premium fashion retail will be an added advantage.
