Position: Customer Support Associate / Lifestyle Associate
Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Role Overview
As a Lifestyle Associate/ Customer Support Associate , you will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them
manage lifestyle and home-related requests. This is a customer-facing role that involves
communication, coordination, problem-solving, and ensuring a seamless customer
experience across multiple touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and requests through calls, chats, and emails.
Provide prompt and effective resolution to customer concerns.
Coordinate appointments, travel bookings, scheduling, and service requests.
Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and service partners to ensure smooth
execution.
Track and manage customer requests from initiation to closure.
Maintain accurate records, trackers, and customer interaction logs.
Handle escalations and urgent requests professionally.
Ensure adherence to service standards, response times, and quality benchmarks.
Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and ownership.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduates from any discipline.
6 months - 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Client
Servicing, Operations, or related roles.
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Comfortable using Google Sheets, CRM tools, and collaboration platforms.
Strong multitasking, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-centric mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
Preferred Skills
Experience in voice, non-voice, or blended customer support processes.
Exposure to ticketing systems, SLA management, and escalation handling.
Ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
