Job Overview
We are looking for energetic and motivated Telecallers to join our Visa & Immigration Consultancy team. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. The role involves contacting prospective clients, explaining our visa services, and scheduling appointments for visa consultants.
Responsibilities
* Call potential clients from company-provided leads.
* Explain study visa, visitor visa, work permit, and immigration services.
* Understand client requirements and answer basic inquiries.
* Schedule appointments and follow up with interested clients.
* Maintain accurate records of calls and client information.
* Communicate professionally through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
* Achieve daily and monthly targets.
Requirements
* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
* Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
