We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to support our Human Resources function across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for creating a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare employment letters, contracts, HR reports, and other documentation.
- Support attendance, leave, and employee database management.
- Assist in performance management and employee appraisal processes.
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable employment regulations.
- Handle employee queries professionally and escalate complex issues when required.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition (Freshers with strong aptitude may also apply).
- Good understanding of HR processes and employment practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software/HRMS is an advantage.
