Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Marketing Assistant to promote our Web Development, Software Solutions, and IT Hardware services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to generate new business through online and offline marketing.
Responsibilities
- Promote company services to businesses, schools, hospitals, and retail customers.
- Generate leads through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, social media, and field visits.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the sales team.
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business profiles.
- Create marketing content, flyers, and promotional posts.
- Assist in organizing marketing campaigns and promotional events.
- Maintain customer database and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the technical team for customer requirements.
- Meet monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing graduation (B.Com, BBA, BCA, MBA preferred).

- Confident personality with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in IT sales or marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
