Internship & Payment Structure
- First Month: Internship – Training, practical exposure, and evaluation.
- Second & Third Months: Paid Internship – Stipend based on performance, skills, and contribution.
- Freelance Option: Experienced candidates may be considered for a freelance/project-based role with payment according to the project scope and experience.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and creative Website Developer Intern / Freelancer who has a strong interest in website design and development. The candidate should have knowledge of coding, responsive website development, UI/UX principles, and the ability to create, update, maintain, and improve professional websites.
The ideal candidate should be willing to learn, take responsibility for assigned projects, solve technical problems, and work independently as well as with a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and maintain responsive websites.
- Write clean, structured, and efficient code.
- Create user-friendly and visually appealing web pages.
- Convert design concepts into functional websites.
- Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.
- Ensure websites are responsive and compatible with different browsers and devices.
- Update website content, images, pages, forms, and other components when required.
- Identify and fix website bugs, errors, and performance issues.
- Assist with website hosting, domain, SSL, and basic server-related tasks.
- Work with databases and backend technologies when required.
- Implement basic SEO-friendly website practices.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
- Integrate third-party tools, plugins, APIs, forms, payment gateways, or other required features.
- Maintain website security and perform regular updates/backups where applicable.
- Collaborate with the design, marketing, and management teams.
- Research new web technologies, tools, and development practices.
- Maintain proper documentation and organization of website files and code.
Required Technical Skills
Candidates should have knowledge of some or most of the following:
Front-End Development
- HTML5
- CSS3
- JavaScript
- Responsive Web Design
- Bootstrap or similar frameworks
- Basic UI/UX principles
- Website animations and interactive elements
Development & Programming
- Basic understanding of PHP, Python, Node.js, or another backend language is an advantage.
- Basic database knowledge, such as MySQL.
- API integration.
- Git/GitHub or other version-control systems.
CMS & Website Tools
Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms is preferred.
The candidate should also understand:
- Domain and hosting
- cPanel or similar hosting panels
- SSL certificates
- Website deployment
- Website backups
- Basic website security
- Basic SEO
Design Skills – Advantage
Knowledge of any of the following will be an added advantage:
- Figma
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- UI/UX design
- Website wireframing and prototyping

Internship Evaluation Structure
Month 1 – Internship
- Introduction to the organization and projects.
- Practical training and learning.
- Small website development tasks.
- Evaluation of technical skills, creativity, communication, punctuality, and work quality.
Months 2–3 – Paid Internship
- Selected candidates will receive a paid internship based on their performance.
- Candidates will work on live website projects and development tasks.
- Greater responsibility will be given for website development, maintenance, and improvements.
- Performance will be reviewed throughout the paid period.
Freelance Opportunity
Experienced developers or candidates who prefer project-based work may be considered for a Freelance Website Developer position.
Freelancers may be responsible for:
- Complete website development.
- Landing pages and business websites.
- Website redesign.
- Bug fixing and maintenance.
- Feature development.
- API and third-party integrations.
- Website optimization.
- Deployment and technical support.
Freelance payment will be discussed based on project requirements, complexity, timeline, and candidate experience.
