We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Executive with 5+ years of hands-on experience in supporting enterprise sales through solutioning, demos, proposals, and client engagements. The role requires strong coordination between sales, delivery, and technical teams to design compelling, value-driven solutions for customers.
Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements, business challenges, and technical needs
Lead pre-sales activities including solution design, product demonstrations, POCs, and technical presentations
Prepare and review proposals, RFP/RFI responses, SoWs, and pricing models
Translate business requirements into feasible technical/functional solutions
Collaborate with delivery, architecture, and product teams to ensure solution accuracy and feasibility
Participate in client meetings, workshops, and negotiations to support deal closure
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding customer landscape
Maintain documentation, solution artifacts, and proposal repositories
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting / Technical Sales
Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, or enterprise platforms (customize as per domain)
Proven experience handling RFPs, proposals, demos, and client presentations
Ability to articulate complex solutions in a clear, business-friendly manner
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
Experience working with global clients is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
MBA or sales/marketing certification is an added advantage
Exposure to domains like Cloud, Data, Power Platform, Atlassian, ERP, CRM, or Digital Transformation (customize)
