Job Overview:
Vrinda Media Lab is looking for a creative and disciplined Graphic Designer to join our production team. You will be responsible for bringing visual stories to life, from high-impact YouTube thumbnails to internal branding and social media content.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design Excellence & Creativity
- Create visually stunning designs that align with the client’s vision and our studio’s quality standards.
- Produce creative assets for thumbnails, social media posts, and event-based internal graphics (birthdays, office events, etc.).
- Aim for "first-time right" designs to minimize major revisions.
2. Timely Execution
- Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while ensuring tasks are delivered on or before the deadline.
- Provide quick turnaround for urgent "ASAP" design requests without compromising on quality.
3. Collaboration & Feedback Loop
- Work closely with the Video, Audio and Admin teams to ensure a cohesive visual language across all media.
- Actively listen to and implement feedback from managers and clients with 100% accuracy.
- Ensure that errors identified in the first draft are never repeated in the final version.
4. Studio Hygiene & File Management
- Maintain a highly organized digital workspace by following strict file-naming and folder-structure protocols.
- Ensure all "open/editable" source files are saved and archived for future updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong command of English (spoken & written)
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and a "team-first" attitude.
- Ability to handle high-pressure deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
