Role Overview
We're looking for a Telesales Executive to drive outbound and inbound sales conversations with B2B clients — hotels, caterers, cafes, and institutional buyers — and support D2C customer queries. This role owns the sales conversation from first call to closed deal, including quotations, follow-ups, and light negotiation.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective B2B clients (hotels, cafes, caterers, corporate offices) and follow up on inbound leads
- Understand client requirements and generate accurate, tiered-pricing quotations (CTC Tea, Iced Teas, Chai Ka Masala, etc.)
- Handle pricing objections and dealer/distributor comparisons by clearly communicating DIRAAZ's direct-from-brand value.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with warm leads through to closure
- Support D2C customer queries (Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart) related to orders, pricing, and product info
- Maintain call logs, lead status, and basic sales pipeline reporting
- Coordinate with the founder/operations team for order confirmation, dispatch, and invoicing handoff
- Build long-term relationships with repeat B2B clients (cafes, caterers, hotels)
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales/telecalling (FMCG, food & beverage, or B2B sales preferred)
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (Hinglish comfort is a plus)
- Comfortable with basic quotation preparation and follow-up discipline
- Target-driven with good objection-handling skills
- Basic computer literacy (Excel, WhatsApp Business, email)
Good to Have
- Prior experience in tea, F&B, or FMCG telesales
- Familiarity with B2B procurement cycles (hotels, catering, institutional buyers)
Compensation: Fixed + Incentive (based on experience)
Pay: ₹8,880.67 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
