I.JOB DETAILS Job Title Manager (MECP) - Sales & Marketing Reporting Supervisor DGM and Unit Head - Sales & Marketing
II. JOB PURPOSE To demonstrate managerial and sales skills in driving MECP compliance
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Core Responsibilities
? Responsible for Revenue Performance of MECP sales team.
? Direct responsible for MACN core business.
? Responsible for MECP and demographic performance.
? Responsible for new initiative for MECP.
? MECP Compliance.
? To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.
? Responsible for developing, and implementing Patient Feedback Process and support in regular patient feedback analysis.
? To ensure patient satisfaction, optimal patient movement & patient care.
? To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital.
? To comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area.
? Ensuring optimum utilization of MECP budgets.
? Ensuring 100% sales force compliance.
IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Measurable Deliverables
? Timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
? Team Player.
? Basic knowledge of Health Care selling.
? Relationship building with the key referring doctors
V. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications MBA (Marketing)/Diploma in Marketing Experience 5 to 9 years;
Preferably with 4 years of service industry / healthcare experience
