Job description
NVT Quality Lifestyle Projects invites application from resourceful and proactive HR executive to fulfill our hiring needs. The HR executive will be required to assist with recruitment, employee onboarding, and other general HR activities.
Responsibilities:
- Advertising vacancies on all major job posting sites.
- Collecting and reviewing applications to shortlist candidates.
- Conducting background checks to ensure that candidates are fit for appointment.
- Screen the applicants' to evaluate their candidature.
- Schedule interviews for the shortlisted candidates.
- Follow up with the applicants/shortlisted candidates to ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Assist in employee onboarding activities.
- Employee data management.
Requirement:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Bachelors degree preferably Human Resources Management.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
- Bangalore based candidates from in and around Whitefield area preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
