About the Role
Innocepts Solar Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Pre-Sales Consultant / Tele Sales Executive to support our business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, engaging prospective clients, and creating business opportunities through effective communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and business prospects.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Identify customer requirements and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer needs and effectively pitch the company's products and services.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to confidently interact with international clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Exceptional pitching and presentation abilities.
- Smart, proactive, and target-driven personality.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with prospects.
- Strong listening skills and customer-focused approach.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office is preferred.
Preferred Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Pre-Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
- Experience handling international clients will be an added advantage.
- Candidates from B2B sales, renewable energy, IT services, or consulting backgrounds are preferred.
