Senior Construction Coordinator / Estimation Manager

Job Summary
Arya Bhangy Builders Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to manage estimation, BOQ preparation, procurement coordination, project administration, and coordination with architects, consultants, and project sites.
The candidate will play a key role in overseeing office operations related to multiple construction projects and ensuring smooth coordination between the office and project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and verification of BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Quantity estimation and cost analysis.
- Coordination with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and contractors.
- Procurement planning and purchase coordination.
- Comparison of quotations and vendor negotiations.
- Monitoring project budgets and material requirements.
- Reviewing site measurements and work progress.
- Preparing project reports and management updates.
- Coordinating with project managers and site engineers.
- Managing documentation, drawings, approvals, and project records.
- Visiting project sites periodically to verify progress and measurements.
- Supporting management in planning and execution of multiple projects.
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in construction project coordination, estimation, BOQ preparation, and project administration.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, rates, contracts, and procurement.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, BOQ preparation, and project documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in residential apartment projects, commercial buildings, hotels, or mixed-use developments.
- Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Kerala building regulations and construction practices will be an added advantage.
Candidate Profile
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with good commercial and technical understanding.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within Kochi and nearby locations.
