Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Nail Trainer to train and mentor students in professional nail techniques, industry standards, and practical skills. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in nail extensions, nail art, gel systems, and salon practices, along with the ability to teach and inspire aspiring beauty professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct practical and theoretical nail training sessions for students
- Teach techniques including:
- Nail preparation & hygiene
- Nail extensions (Gel / Acrylic / Poly gel)
- Gel polish application
- Nail art techniques
- Nail shaping & filing
- Nail repair & maintenance
- Salon hygiene and safety practices
- Demonstrate professional nail procedures and guide students during practical sessions
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessments
- Stay updated with latest nail trends, products, and industry techniques
- Maintain high training standards aligned with salon industry requirements
- Support students in building confidence and professional skills
Requirements:
- Certified Nail Technician / Nail Educator (ONLY WOMEN)
- Strong knowledge of professional nail systems and products
- Experience in nail training or salon industry preferred
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
- Ability to manage classroom and practical sessions
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced nail art knowledge
- Experience working with premium nail brands
- Industry experience with salon clients
- Creative approach towards teaching
Experience:
2+ years of experience as a Nail Artist / Nail Trainer preferred
