Job Overview
RDSAG Fintech Solutions is hiring an experienced SEO Specialist to join our on-site team in Tiruppur.
This role is primarily focused on SEO and organic growth. We are looking for someone who understands search engine ranking strategies, keyword optimization, technical SEO, and content performance.
In addition to SEO, the candidate should also have practical understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and growth-focused content strategy.
Candidates must be located in or near Tiruppur district, or be able to commute daily.
Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Responsibilities
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
- Execute On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO strategies
- Improve website rankings and organic traffic growth
- Optimize website structure, indexing, and page performance
- Conduct SEO audits and implement fixes
- Build high-quality backlinks and authority signals
- Monitor rankings and SEO metrics using industry tools
- Optimize websites for mobile SEO and page speed
- Work closely with developers and content teams for SEO implementation
Content & Social Media Support
- Understand social media trends and audience behavior
- Contribute ideas for growth-focused content and brand visibility
- Support content optimization for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
- Identify trending topics and engagement opportunities
- Assist in improving organic reach through strategic content planning
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of SEO experience
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO
- Experience with keyword research tools and SEO platforms
- Good understanding of Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of backlink building and SEO best practices
- Understanding of search intent and content optimization
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structures
- Familiarity with WordPress or CMS platforms
- Understanding of social media engagement and content trends
Preferred Skills
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or software industry SEO
- Knowledge of Local SEO strategies
- Familiarity with AI-based SEO tools
- Basic understanding of content marketing and branding
- Ability to identify viral or high-engagement content patterns
Candidate Requirements
- Must be available for full-time on-site work
- Must stay near Tiruppur district or commute daily
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage multiple SEO projects independently
