Bangalore (Hybrid)
Work from home with occasional in-office collaboration and team meetups.
What You'll Do
- Connect with pet parents and educate them about GuavaSure's pet insurance and preventive care plans.
- Convert inbound leads and proactively generate new sales opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with customers, veterinary partners, and pet communities.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the best coverage and wellness solutions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales performance.
- Help shape the future of pet healthcare in India.
What We're Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, inside sales, customer success, insurance, healthcare, fintech, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
- Passion for pets is a huge plus!
- Experience with insurance or subscription-based products is an advantage.
