Job Summary
TechGropse Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our in-house recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring technical professionals and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle. This role requires strong sourcing abilities, stakeholder coordination, and a passion for building high-performing technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
- Handle salary discussions, offer rollouts, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Experience hiring for technologies such as React.js, Node.js, Flutter, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, AI/ML, PHP, Python, and other IT roles.
- Strong understanding of technical job requirements and screening processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple openings simultaneously.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
