Responsibilities
- Work directly with our CEO to drive high priority company projects and initiatives as we continue to grow our business and develop new revenue streams

Lead special projects and programs – this includes key strategic initiatives that impact the overall success of the company as well as team culture initiatives to help support a healthy organization; projects will span beyond the scope of a single group, requiring cross-functional collaboration and partnerships

Be the 0 to 1 champion of ElectricPe. Bring structure to ambiguity by creating playbooks across verticals leading to both growth and process efficiencies

Supporting organization by leading key functions in absence of a strategic leader or in transition

Build and lead a team of growth managers
Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree from a Tier 1 college (IIT/NIT or similar)

Minimum of 6+ years years of work experience (0 to 1 startup experience preferred)

High business acumen and love for problem-solving; comfort with ambiguity and strong bias for action

Superior analytical, quantitative, and conceptual thinking skills
