We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing / Branch Head to lead admissions, drive brand visibility, and manage overall branch performance. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales-driven environments and the ability to convert leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute admissions strategy to achieve student enrollment targets
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns (online & offline) to enhance brand visibility
- Build and manage lead generation funnels through schools, events, campaigns, and partnerships
- Drive conversion of inquiries into admissions through effective counseling and follow-ups
- Oversee branch operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning
- Develop relationships with parents, institutions, and local communities
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize strategies
- Lead, train, and manage the admissions & marketing team
- Ensure high standards of customer experience and satisfaction
Eligibility & Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in Admissions / Sales / Marketing roles
- Preferred backgrounds: Insurance, BFSI, Pharma, EdTech.
- Proven track record in target achievement and revenue generation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Leadership ability with experience in team handling
- Data-driven mindset with good analytical and planning skills
- High level of ownership, accountability, and execution focus
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
