Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions
- Understand job requirements and source suitable candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
- Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews of candidates
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up for feedback
- Manage candidate pipeline and maintain recruitment trackers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Negotiate salary and assist in offer rollouts and onboarding
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Good understanding of technical roles (Developers, Testers, DevOps, etc.)
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn hiring
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹10,253.61 - ₹30,726.91 per month
