Job Summary
We are looking for a Powertrain CAE Engineer – PT Durability with 2–4 years of experience in durability analysis of powertrain components. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HyperMesh (HM), ANSA, ABAQUS, FEMFAT, and nCode for finite element modeling, durability, and fatigue analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop FE models using HyperMesh (HM) or ANSA.
- Perform structural, durability, and fatigue analysis using ABAQUS, FEMFAT, and nCode.
- Analyze powertrain components such as engine, transmission, gearbox, and mounts.
- Correlate CAE results with test data and recommend design improvements.
- Collaborate with design, testing, and product development teams.
- Prepare technical reports and present simulation results.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in Powertrain CAE/Durability.
- Strong hands-on experience with HyperMesh (HM), ANSA, ABAQUS, FEMFAT, and nCode.
- Good knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA), structural mechanics, and fatigue analysis.
- Experience in mesh generation, model setup, and result interpretation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in automotive powertrain durability.
- Knowledge of NVH, static/dynamic structural analysis, and material properties.
- Familiarity with Python or TCL scripting is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
