Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide physiotherapy treatments for musculoskeletal, neurological, orthopedic, and sports-related conditions.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation exercises and preventive care.
- Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists and support staff.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy.
- Valid Physiotherapy License/Registration.
- 2+ years of clinical physiotherapy experience.
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and evidence-based practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in hospital, rehabilitation center, or clinic settings preferred.
