Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented Guest Service Associate – F&B to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Take and serve food & beverage orders efficiently
- Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and provide recommendations
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth service operations
- Handle guest queries, requests, and feedback promptly
- Follow all hygiene and safety standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in F&B service (preferably in a luxury hotel/resort)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed personality with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of hospitality standards and service etiquette
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
