Core Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Tracking: Develop project schedules, outline milestones, and ensure the project is delivered on time.
- Site Execution & Supervision: Ensure day-to-day work (civil, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting) aligns perfectly with approved blueprints and drawings.
- Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact, providing progress updates, presenting design concepts, and handling client queries.
- Budget & Procurement: Source materials, monitor expenses against the budget, and manage vendor/contractor billing.
- Quality Control: Conduct routine site inspections to ensure workmanship meets safety and design standards before the final handover.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
