We are looking for energetic and motivated Technical Recruiters who are passionate about recruitment, sourcing, and working in a fast-paced US staffing environment.

Job Responsibilities
· Work on US-based IT and Non-IT requirements from direct clients and implementation partners.
· Source candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
· Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on technical skills, experience, communication, visa status, and location.
· Conduct initial HR screening and interview coordination.
· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
· Submit qualified candidates within client timelines.
· Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
· Maintain daily recruitment reports and tracker updates.
· Work closely with Account Managers and Team Leads on priority requirements.
· Ensure high-quality candidate experience and relationship management.

Required Skills
· 1 to 3 years of experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment.
· Good understanding of the US recruitment process.
· Experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
· Familiarity with US work visas such as H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC.
· Strong sourcing and screening skills.
· Good communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced night-shift environment.
· Basic understanding of IT technologies and job roles preferred.
· Experience using ATS and recruitment tools is a plus.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
