We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Student Counselor cum Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students aspiring to study in Japan while actively handling telecalling duties, lead conversion, and relationship management.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counseling
- Provide accurate information about study opportunities in Japan (language courses, higher education, career pathways).
- Guide students through the admission process, visa requirements, and documentation.
- Assess student profiles and recommend suitable programs.
Telecalling & Lead Management
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective communication.
Sales & Targets
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective students and track progress.
Documentation & Coordination
- Assist students in preparing application documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and Japanese institutions for admissions.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Provide post-enrollment support and regular updates.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Japanese is an added advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and counseling skills.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or education counseling preferred.
- Ability to handle targets and work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Pay: ₹11,388.67 - ₹15,000.00 per month
