Job description:
We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and applications.
- Support Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Active Directory.
- Resolve user issues through remote and onsite support.
- Maintain IT assets and document support tickets.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 6 months of IT support experience.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, basic networking, and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
