Position: Senior Agri Sales Executive
Base Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu
Target Districts: Erode, Namakkal, Dharmapuri (Support for Nilgiris)
Salary: ₹35,000/month (Fixed)

You will be leading from the front in a rapidly expanding our BIOESR Agro brand
You will get 2 energetic, trained junior staff to support you in district operations

Lead and manage fertilizer & biostimulant sales operations across 3 districts
Develop strong relationships with agro dealers, retailers, and distributors
Strategically position BIOESR products as premium, result-oriented solutions
Conduct regular field visits, product demos, and training for retailers
Maintain CRM entries through company-provided Android-based mobile app
Support the marketing team during district-level campaigns, expos, and agri fairs
Travel periodically to support Nilgiris operations and other zones as needed
Prepare to represent BIOESR at international events in Europe, Israel, and other agri hubs
Minimum 7 years of experience in fertilizer/agri-input sales (dealer-focused)
Must be comfortable using smartphones for CRM apps
Car driving preferred (company car provided)
Strong familiarity with agro shop dynamics in Tamil Nadu
Must have excellent communication, team leadership, and negotiation skills
Must be highly positive, proactive, and ambitious
Passionate about learning new technologies and promoting innovative products
Willing to travel extensively within and outside India
