Job Description – HR Officer
Location: Thane, Wagle Estate
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and responsible HR Officer to manage HR operations, employee relations, office administration, compliance, and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end HR processes while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resource Management
- Manage employee attendance, leave, and discipline.
- Handle payroll inputs and coordinate payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Source, screen, and schedule candidate interviews.
- Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Manage onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
Administration & Facility Management
- Monitor office infrastructure, assets, and facilities.
- Manage housekeeping, pantry, and office maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Ensure proper utilization and upkeep of company assets.
- Escalate infrastructure and operational issues to management.
Key Result Areas (KRA)
- Attendance, discipline, and employee compliance management.
- Payroll and statutory compliance support.
- Employee grievance handling and resolution.
- Recruitment closure within defined timelines.
- Office administration and infrastructure management.
- Timely reporting, documentation, and escalation.
- Maintenance of workplace hygiene, safety, and discipline.
- Employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Recruitment TAT & Hiring Closure Ratio.
- Attendance & Compliance Adherence %.
- Payroll Accuracy & Processing Timeliness.
- Employee Grievance Resolution TAT.
- Documentation Accuracy %.
- Employee Retention Support.
- Infrastructure & Asset Management Efficiency.
- Reporting & MIS Submission Timeliness.
