1. Training & Development:
- Participate in structured training programs covering manufacturing processes, quality standards, safety protocols, and equipment maintenance
- Gain exposure to different departments: production, quality control, maintenance, and supply chain
- Learn from mentors and senior engineers
- Expand engineering knowledge continuously
- Submit to all forms of evaluation during traineeship
2. Manufacturing Operations:
- Assist in planning and executing production activities to meet project timelines and quality standards
- Analyze production workflows and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Assist in design and development of mechanical and mechatronic systems
- Monitor production processes in manufacturing facilities
3. Equipment & Process Optimization:
- Support troubleshooting and maintenance of machinery and equipment
- Work on process improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing performance
- Conduct maintenance on mechanical equipment
- Perform basic maintenance on machinery for safety and accuracy
4. Quality Assurance:
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with organizational and customer standards
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for quality issues
- Perform testing and validation of products and components
- Accurately record and document test data, observations, and results
- Ensure quality assurance at all stages
5. Project Management:
- Assist staff with new projects
- Complete all tasks set by the supervisor
- Offer suggestions for improvement to existing strategies
- Compile reports and deliver presentations to staff and stakeholders
- Conduct research and collate data
6. Design & Documentation:
- Produce 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar CAD software
- Create engineering-related documents as per Quality Management System (QMS)
- Take 3D models and create 2D drawings for manufacture
- Maintain organized records of all design and testing activities
- Draft clear technical reports summarizing test results
7. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):
- Observe health and safety guidelines at all times
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Follow safety protocols for mechanical operations
- Identify potential hazards and report them to supervisors
- Conduct safety inspections of work areas
8. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with staff to foster professional values and build good relationships
- Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot product failures
- Attend meetings and workshops
- Collaborate with production engineers to update documentation
- Share ideas with the team and learn from mentors
9. Site Work:
- Travel to different sites when required
- Gain practical experience in new work zones
- Work under supervision of senior engineers to design, install, or construct industrial-scale equipment
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
