Email & WhatsApp Marketing: Create engaging messages that align with marketing objectives.
Marketing Collaterals: Ideate and develop marketing materials as per requirements.
Social Media Management: Manage content calendars, shoot and edit reels, and prepare captivating copies and captions to enhance our social media presence.
Content Creation: Write blog posts and produce engaging content for our target audience and stakeholders.
Website Management: Plan website flow and structure, coordinate with external agencies for development, and write website content.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, in-house graphic designer, and internal teams to meet marketing requirements, execute campaigns, and brainstorm ideas.
Coordination: Collaborate with third-party agencies and relevant stakeholders/individuals if needed.
Project Management: Support and manage the marketing team to ensure smooth execution of all activities.
Campaign Strategy: Develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns to strengthen the brand.
Review and refine content to ensure clarity, correctness, and relevance to the audience.
Plan and execute BTL activities including school activations, teacher engagement programs, student engagement initiatives, and event promotions.
Coordinate creation and distribution of marketing collaterals (standees, flyers, banners, giveaways, kits).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Strong communication and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with email marketing platforms.
- Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid ads.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
