Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities (rhymes, storytelling, play-based learning, art & craft)
- Create a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment
- Monitor and support children’s emotional, social, and behavioral development
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, and independence in children
- Maintain daily records of attendance and child progress
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding child development and activities
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and well-being of children at all times
- Organize events, celebrations, and extracurricular activities
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a caring attitude toward children
- Creativity in teaching methods
- Basic classroom management skills
- Ability to handle young children calmly and responsibly
Qualifications
- Minimum: Any Graduate (preferably with Early Childhood Education / Montessori Training)
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
- Certification in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) is an added advantage
