**Job Title:** General Manager – Operations & HR (Hospital)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager – Operations & HR to lead and oversee the daily operations, strategic planning, and human resources functions of our hospital. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services, optimize operational efficiency, and foster a positive work environment aligned with the hospital’s mission and vision.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Operations Management:**
- Oversee the overall functioning of hospital departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to enhance service quality and patient satisfaction.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and safety protocols.
- Manage hospital infrastructure, supply chain, and technology systems to optimize resource utilization.
- Coordinate with medical and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
**Human Resources Management:**
- Lead HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff development.
- Foster a positive organizational culture and employee engagement.
- Implement HR policies aligned with legal standards and best practices.
- Manage employee relations, performance appraisals, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations related to HR.
**Strategic Planning & Business Development:**
- Contribute to hospital’s strategic planning and growth initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for service expansion and process improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance hospital reputation and community outreach.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (minimum of 8-10 years) in hospital operations and HR management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
