We are looking for a Tally Data Entry Operator to handle invoicing, entries, documentation, and record management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally and basic accounting knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage Sales and Purchase Invoices in Tally.
- Record and maintain accounting entries accurately.
- Handle billing, payment follow-ups, and documentation.
- Maintain customer, vendor, and inventory records.
- Prepare MIS reports and data reports as required.
- Assist with GST-related data entry and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and record management.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of records.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Tally Data Entry, Accounts Assistant, or a similar role.
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and GST documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and computer operations.
- Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
Preferred Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / Commerce Graduate preferred.
- Experience in invoicing, billing, and accounting data entry will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
