Kerala Travels, a Premium travel agency with Headquarters in Trivandrum is looking for HR Manager with 8-10 years experience for their corporate office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across all departments.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Oversee employee performance management and appraisal systems.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives.
- Administer compensation, benefits, leave, and attendance.
- Maintain HR records, MIS, and employee documentation.
- Support workforce planning and organizational development.
- Partner with department heads to meet manpower requirements and improve employee productivity.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
