Job Description:
We are looking for a well-presented, confident, and customer-friendly candidate to join our Store Sales team at Vilva Jewels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with a warm and professional approach.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Explain product details, offers, schemes, and pricing clearly.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
- Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery products.
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain a neat, professional, and presentable appearance at all times.
Requirements:
- Confident and comfortable interacting with customers.
- Good Tamil and basic English communication skills.
- Prior experience in jewellery, retail, or sales will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with a strong interest in sales are also welcome to apply.
