Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Cultivate new relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and developments in the IT industry. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our IT services and products to clients.
Sales Presentations:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports. Provide regular updates on sales performance and forecasts.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical teams, to ensure seamless delivery of services and products
Work closely with the sales team to share insights and best practices.
Experience:
1 to 3 years of experience in IT business development management (BDM), including end-to-end email marketing utilizing email campaign tools
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Communication Skills:
Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Negotiation Skills:
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals successfull
Self-Motivated :
Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Industry Knowledge:
