About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial, ownership-driven operator to lead B2B partnerships and
strategic growth for our reputed client in Fitness Industry. You will build and scale lead-generation channels by forging
partnerships with doctors, corporates, residential apartments, gated communities, and other ecosystem
players — and you won't stop at the obvious. We want someone who continuously identifies and pilots
new channels to reach our target audience.
This role owns the pre-sales funnel for every new studio launch and is accountable for generating a strong
pipeline of qualified leads to support business growth. Success requires exceptional relationship-building
skills, strong execution, and a bias for action.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage referral partnerships across doctors, corporates, apartments, gated communities,
societies, and other channels.
- Identify, pilot, and scale new lead-generation opportunities and strategic growth initiatives.
- Own pre-sales activities for upcoming studio launches — walk in on day one with a warm, qualified
pipeline.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads against clear targets.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and studio teams to maximize conversion outcomes.
- Take end-to-end ownership of targets, execution, and results.

- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a problem-solving approach.
- Proven experience in partnerships, business development, growth, or strategic initiatives (preferred).
- 5+ years of relevant experience, with a genuine track record of building lead-gen channels.
