Fragomatrix Perfumes LLP is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Perfumer to join our fragrance development team. The ideal candidate will assist in creating, modifying, and evaluating fragrance formulations for perfumes and related products while maintaining quality and innovation standards.

Role Overview
The Perfumer will support the fragrance creation process by developing fragrance blends, evaluating raw materials, conducting stability checks, and coordinating with production and quality teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and modifying perfume formulations.
- Develop fragrances based on customer briefs, market trends, and brand requirements.
- Conduct fragrance trials and maintain formulation records.
- Evaluate fragrance raw materials and maintain inventory.
- Conduct olfactory evaluations and stability testing.
- Coordinate with production, QC, and marketing teams.
- Follow IFRA and safety guidelines.
- Maintain documentation and formulation confidentiality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Perfumery, Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Fragrance & Flavour Technology, or related field.
Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of fragrance families and perfume notes.
- Strong smelling and sensory evaluation ability.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Good documentation and formulation management skills.
- Basic MS Excel and reporting knowledge.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Passion for perfumes and fragrance innovation.
- Strong observation and sensory analysis skills.
- Ability to work in a laboratory and production environment.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
Salary
As per industry standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
