We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Tele Calling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in tele calling or customer handling, with proficiency in Kannada, English, and Telugu. Malayalam will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers/prospects for various business needs. Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively. Maintain a polite and professional demeanor during all interactions. Keep records of calls and update the customer database. Follow up on leads and feedback when required. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication flow.
