Business Development Manager (BDM) – Recruitment & StaffingAbout the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth for our Recruitment & Staffing division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our staffing services across IT, Non-IT, Engineering, Healthcare, BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, and other industries.
The candidate should possess strong expertise in B2B sales, client relationship management, staffing solutions, and recruitment processes, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for recruitment and staffing services.
- Generate business through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Build a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop strategic business plans to increase market share and revenue.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, Procurement Teams, and Business Leaders.
- Understand clients' hiring requirements and workforce planning.
- Provide customized hiring solutions including Permanent Staffing, Contract Staffing, Executive Search, Bulk Hiring, and RPO services.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales & Commercial Activities
- Prepare proposals, presentations, pricing, and staffing solutions.
- Lead commercial negotiations and close service agreements, NDAs, MSAs, and staffing contracts.
- Monitor client budgets and billing opportunities.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional HR and staffing services.
Recruitment Coordination
- Collaborate closely with recruitment delivery teams to ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Monitor hiring quality, turnaround time (TAT), and client expectations.
- Resolve client concerns and ensure excellent service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related discipline.
- MBA is preferred.
- 3–8 years of business development experience in Recruitment, Staffing, HR Consulting, or Workforce Solutions.
- Proven experience in B2B client acquisition and staffing sales.
- Strong understanding of permanent hiring, contract staffing, payroll staffing, and RPO models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
