We are looking for a confident, energetic, and highly professional individual with exceptional English communication skills to represent our company before international buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Introduce Woolgold and its products to international buyers through phone calls, Zoom/Google Meet, and in-person meetings.
- Conduct professional business presentations to prospective clients.
- Communicate fluently with overseas buyers and build strong business relationships.
- Make outbound calls and follow up with international customers.
- Respond professionally to buyer inquiries and emails.
- Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure smooth customer communication.
- Represent the company during trade fairs, exhibitions, and virtual meetings.
- Maintain customer records and follow-up schedules.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English with near fluency.
- Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills.
- Confident personality with the ability to interact professionally with international clients.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, English, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in international sales, customer relations, business development, or corporate communication is preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM software, and video conferencing platforms is an advantage.
