Experience
- Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
- Proven experience in handling end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and workforce management.
- Prior experience in a leadership role managing large teams and multiple HR functions.
Language Requirements
- Fluency in both Hindi and English (written and verbal communication).
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, training, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational objectives.
- Ensure employee discipline, adherence to company policies, attendance management, and work schedule compliance.
- Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in a fair and professional manner.
- Monitor workforce productivity and support department heads in achieving operational goals.
- Drive organizational development initiatives, succession planning, and talent management programs.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company standards.
- Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management and support business growth initiatives.
- Foster a positive work culture while maintaining accountability and professional standards across the organization.

Qualification
