The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day operations at project sites, ensuring accurate execution of modular kitchen and interior works. This role includes taking initial site measurements, coordinating labour, ensuring material availability, monitoring quality, and maintaining timely communication with clients and the internal project team. The supervisor ensures that work is completed safely, professionally, and on schedule while maintaining company quality standards.
Educational Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma / BTech (Civil, Interior, Architecture) preferred.
- Candidates with strong practical experience in modular/interior work can also apply.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of modular kitchen installation systems.
- Expertise in taking accurate measurements and reading drawings.
- Practical knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work coordination.
- Good finishing inspection and problem-solving skills.
- Basic WhatsApp and reporting skills.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong leadership and team management ability.
- Proactive problem solver with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.
Experience : Minimum 1–3 years experience in modular kitchen/interior site supervision preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
