About the Role
Surepath Systems India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating social media creatives, marketing designs, short videos, reels, and basic motion graphics for our brands and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, and other marketing creatives.
- Edit short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and basic product/service videos.
- Use AI tools for design ideas, content support, image/video enhancement, and productivity.
- Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency in fonts, colours, layouts, and overall visual style.
- Create visually appealing designs for digital campaigns and internal requirements.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to understand creative requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned design and video tasks.
- Maintain consistency in fonts, colours, layout, and overall brand presentation.
- Make revisions based on feedback and improve the final output quality.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar video editing tools.
- Understanding of social media creative formats and trends.
- Basic knowledge of typography, colour combinations, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create clean, modern, and professional designs.
- Good attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge or interest in using AI tools for creative and content work.
- Ability to manage multiple creative tasks within deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Should be creative, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Must be comfortable working from office.
- Portfolio or previous work samples are preferred.
