Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Strategy
- Content Development: Conceptualize and script engaging content, specifically focusing on educational Instagram carousels and structured video reels (including hooks, visual cues, and timestamps).
- Copywriting: Write compelling captions, engaging hooks, and platform-specific copy that drives engagement and saves/shares.
- Visual Curation: Ensure the social media grid maintains a premium, modern, and cohesive aesthetic aligned with our brand standards.
2. Complete Social Media Management
- Scheduling & Publishing: Manage the content calendar and schedule daily posts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Community Management: Actively monitor comments, direct messages, and brand mentions, responding promptly to build a highly engaged community.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with video editors and graphic designers to ensure all creative assets are delivered on time and meet quality benchmarks.
3. Analytics & Growth
- Performance Tracking: Monitor daily/weekly engagement metrics and generate regular reports on what content formats are performing best.
- Trend Adaptation: Stay updated on the latest audio trends, algorithm changes, and format preferences in the fashion and education spaces to keep the brand relevant.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management and content creation.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience working with fashion brands, educational institutes, or personal styling/image consulting brands is highly preferred.
- Content Expertise: Proven ability to create high-performing carousels and direct/script short-form video content (Reels/Shorts).
- Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn algorithms, features, and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for design and detail.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
