We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Team Leader to lead and support the sales team in achieving showroom targets and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the sales team
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Monitor team performance and daily activities
- Support team members in customer handling and sales closing
- Prepare sales reports and updates
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with management for sales planning and strategies
Requirements:
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Good customer handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
Eligibility:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales/team handling preferred
- Experience in automobile/showroom sales is an added advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
